Draft MERI Strategy - Have Your Say

The draft Caring for our Country Monitoring Evaluation Reporting and Improvement (MERI) Strategy has been prepared by the Australian Government to articulate clear requirements for achieving the aims of Caring for our Country.

The aims of the Caring for our Country MERI Strategy include:

• To enable Caring for our Country 2008 - 2013 to achieve its five year outcomes,
• To ensure that Caring for our Country meets Australian Government requirements for accountability and transparency in expenditure of public funds through reporting by outcomes, and
• Articulating clear requirements for the implementation of MERI for Caring for our Country.
